What Causes Abdominal And Vaginal Pain With Burning Sensation During Urination?

I have been having difficulty urinating with a burning sensation, bright red bleeding (I just finished a cycle so it is not menstrual bleeding) and now intense abdominal and inner vaginal pain. Nothing seems to ease the pain and I am on a chronic pain medicine regimen for degenerative disc disease, including anti-inflammatories. Help!
