What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Cramps After Undergoing Partial Hysterectomy?

I am 40 YO Female with known endometrosis have had 2 laps to clean. Have had partial hysterectomy but still have both ovaries. I have severe abdominal bloating and cramping burning pain. My bloating will reduce at night some but comes back during the day. The pain is worse the more I do during the day. Could there be something else going on? My doctor told me I had the worse case she had seen. It is all over bowel, bladder, she had to dissect my uterus from bladder to get it out. I also had 4 months of Lupron but lost 16 lbs and had to stop. I don t want to remove my ovaries. Just want to know if I should have other testing?
