My age is 25 years ,weight 57 and height 5ft8inches . Recently i bought endura mass weight gainer ,i was taking twice a day morning and evening ,the third day its side effects shows on me as stomach is bloating and stomach pain and my tongue become thirsty .Please advice me do i continue to take endura mass in lower amount as i was taken in milk .should i continue to take in water >?
