What Causes Abdominal Bloating, Burping And Flatulence While Having Acid Reflux?

I was diagnosed with excessive acid reflux after an Endoscopy. I was prescribed Prilosec 20mg once daily. On a special diet. However, I'm afraid to eat solid food. Constant abdominal bloating,pressure, burping and flatulance. I'm uncomfortable in my own skin. Occasionally, I feel pain with nausea. What is going on with me?
