What Causes Abdominal Bloating Immediately After Food Intake?

I eat food and I feel full and bloated even though I didn t eat a whole lot. There s sounds coming from my stomach that sound like a battle is taking place. I haven t had a solid stool in almost 2 months now. My stools now are kind of soft and mushy looking.
