What Causes Abdominal Bloating, Lower Back Pain, Nausea And Frequent Urination?

For the last 2 months I've been experience bloating, lower back pain, nausea, constipation, frequent urination and fatigue. The last 2 weeks I've noticed a hard ridge in my lower abdomen just above my hip bones. I've also missed to periods. Should I be worried?
