What Causes Abdominal Bloating When Suffering From Sinusitis?

I have sinus issues a lot but lately I've been bloated occasionally which is usually relieved after the restroom.. Sometimes a crampy feeling in upper abdomen but only early morning, better after drinking water. Also within the week, I taste blood occasionally in my throat when I breathe with my mouth closes if that makes sense. But only ever at night. Lots of sinus drainage, too.
