What Causes Abdominal Bloating With Diarrhea?

I have been sick for a few weeks. 4th antibiotic. Was put in hospital on Wednesday for fluids, antibiotic, steroids and pain IV. Started with sinus infection 2 weeks ago and ended with a sore throat that I could not even swallow. I am better but today my stomach started to hurt. Bloated, and constant pain. I have started having diarrhea but still no relief. I have a metallic taste in my mouth.
