What Causes Abdominal Cramping After Uterus/ovaries Removal?

My mother under gone removal of uterus and ovaries. After that she is getting unbarable abdominal cramping they tested for everything to see what causes and did scaning to see any issues nothing they found. After 5 to 6 hourse of horrible pain nothing is there ..it happend 4 times now every time we go to ER and they find nothhing and just give some antibotics thinking some infection and it will be fine..it is happening like once in a year or so any idea suggestions would be appriciated.
