What Causes Abdominal Cramping And Occasional Vaginal Spotting During Pregnancy?

Hi, I m starting my 9th week of pregnancy I m 34yrs old. I am experiencing light cramps and occasional spotting. I m unable to get into the doctor at this time due to my insurance not being active yet. This is my 5th pregnancy and I ve never had this before so a little concerned. I did have the leep procedure a yr ago not sure if that would have anything to do with it.
