What Causes Abdominal Cramps After Eating And Being Diagnosed With RA?

Is it possible I have Crones, I have always had IB since I was 16 I am now 62 with RA. Lately every time I eat I get cramps and run to the bathroom and nothing happens except cramsp, in the morning I have very loose or can't go at all. I am on Symphony once a month.
