What Causes Abdominal Cramps After Having Unsafe Sex?

I have been on the pill (Yasmin) for over a year now in the last few weeks I have missed more than 3 pills in a row and have had unprotected sex I stopped taking my pill 4 days ago when I taught I could be pregnant I recently started getting cramps in my lower stomach but have had no bleeding .could I be pregnant ?
