What Causes Abdominal Cramps Along With Diarrhoea And Vomiting?

Cramps, abdominal pain, severe diarrhea, Nausea and vomiting. Occurs about every 3 to 4 weeks. Starts with cramps, then nausea, next diarrhea, stomach rumbling. Diarrhea and vomiting are projectile . Lasts a few hours or up to 6 or 8 hours. While I am going through it the pain is worse in the lower stomach. The diarrhea always is like fine sand and muddy water. Stomach is very tender and sore after. Had diverticulitis with obstructed intestine. No appendicitis or gall bladder. Had complete hysterectomy. Mesh repair for numerous hernias.
