What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Bloating After Taking Regestrone?

Im 25 years old and 167cm tall.I need to postpone my periods.I started taking Regesterone 5mg and am still continuing it.I now have slight abdominal cramps and am feeling bloated and lethargic.is this normal?Will i get my periods once i have started taking the medicine even though i started taking it a day before my actual date?
