What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Excessive Urination?

Hello , my period is now 5 days late & I've been having unprotected sex recently & before . Two weeks ago I went to the hospital b|C I had a cyst on my ovaries & it ruptured . They gave me medication that I take every now & then . My period has never be late & im on the patch but I don't use it how I should . The last few days I've been cramping & peeing a lot I just wanna know should I be worried about if im pregnant ?
