What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Heavy Bleeding During Menstruation?

I have really painful cramps during my menstral cycle. I soak a pad sometimes two within two hours. I have pain during sex and spot blood almost everyday. Sometimes when it is not time for my period I feel alot of pressure in my lower stomach and I will pass 4 to 5 blood clots. Thanks
