What Causes Abdominal Cramps And White Discharge?

Hi. I have slight abdominal cramps and white discharge that comes and goes . No smell or itch or burning , these are not menstral cramps and I am not pregnant . Also I do not take vitamins or any medication and my urine is sometimes bright yellow. I will go to the gyn.. But I would like an explanation
