What Causes Abdominal Cramps And White Vaginal Discharge Post Missing The Contraceptive Pill?

hi, I am taking the carazette mini pill, I had sex On feb 20th and it wasn t until the next night (24 hours later) that I realised I hadn t taken my pill. So I carried on as normal and took my pill. Now I am gettin lots of period pains ( maybe for the last week) and also white discharge, is there a chance I could be pregnant?
