What Causes Abdominal Cramps Daily?

I have cramps that feels like menstrual cramps but it's daily. However, the weird thing is that it usually occurs in the late afternoon or evening. I was diagnosed with fibroids but I'm not sure if fibroids are the main cause of these daily cramps. May I have your advise please?
