What Causes Abdominal Cramps With Bloating And Headaches?

hello i have been feeling out of sorts for a few week i have had stomach cramps in my lower stomach feeling sick and my stomach goes really bloated and hard and then back to normal again i have alittle blood and have had headaches and when i cough i wee alittle i i also dont eat very much have been on the depo injection for 5 years but came off it twelve months ago could this be why i am not feeling well
