What Causes Abdominal Cramps With Ovaries, Kidneys And Back Soreness?

Hi doctor, l am a 42 yr old women & sometimes l get sore ovaries and cramp like feeling at my tummy, & also sore kidneys which gives me a sore bck n just makes me feel really uncomfortable, l actually fed up going to the doctors complaining about myself, it makes me feel like a hypercondrict, but someth ing doesnt feel right, l also have h, pylori & have had 2 different courses of treatment for it, but its still there & was told by my doc that some people have to live with it, so that gets me down aswell, meant to say in november had diahorea for about a month & never got down to the reason why l had it, but had a sygmoydoscope done & was told that it was probably IBS, thanks for listening
