What Causes Abdominal Discomfort After Taking I-pill?

me and my partner got very intimate but we didnt have sex....but when he came out i think it tickled down to my vagina....taking no risk i took an ipill...6 days later i got the vaginal bleeding and the next day i got this heavy feeling sorts in my lower abdomen....could you tell me what is really going on?
