What Causes Abdominal Discomfort, Bloating And Blood In Stools?

Hi,im 29 I eat healthy and exercise 5to 6 times a week. For the past 2to 3 months i been having a lots of stomach discomfort Gas,bloating, cramps and bloody stool. Is bright red and sometimes is just white mucous.depending on what i eat some days is worst than others. I sometimes have to go and is just wet gas and mucous. i had a hemmorid 5yrs ago after havimg my son andit used to bleed then it went away. But now i have all this other crazy symptoms.Should i be worry? Also I been feeling really tired and dizzy.
