What Causes Abdominal Distension After Tubal Ligation?
I have a question for OB/GYN physician.
My daughter age 29 with a history of 3 C-sections and tubal ligation has ceased having periords for 7 months with lactation from nipples. Symptomatic with pregnancy. Her abdomen is growing, weight gain, pain in low middle back and abdomen along with hip pain. Swelling in ankles and hands more recently. She went for exam doctor could not feel fibroid and ordered ultrasound today. She says she can feel it thru abdomen wall shaped like cigar with round end (or top). What is your diagnosis without examing her?
