What Causes Abdominal Distension With Pregnancy Symptoms?

ive had an extremely swollen abdomin lfor the last three months. its quite solid to touch and i look pregnant even though ive taken pregnancy tests which have come back negative. ive also been having 'pregnacy' symptoms such as mood swings, feeling sick. could it be something serious like cancer? please help
