What Causes Abdominal Fluttering Feeling With Bloating And Sickness?

I'm 40 year old & was sterilized 6 years ago during a c-section. since December my stomach has been bloated & in the last couple of weeks I have started to get fluttering feelings in my lower abdomen also my boobs feel fuller. the thing is I have just had my period but it was very light only lasting 2 days instead of my normal 5 this was also the case last month. I did feel sickly but that stopped about 3 weeks ago.
