What Causes Abdominal Movement And Breast Soreness While On Implanon?

Im on implanon and im feeling strong movements in my abdomen also my boobs are leaking and sore and bigger. I get severe back pain and cramps im always tired. I have been on the implanon nearly 2 years and i have a daughter of 3 so havent breastfed since she was 4 months am i pregnant
