What Causes Abdominal Numbness Post Gastric Sleeve Surgery?

4 months after vertical sleeve, i have abdominal numbness. no pain. just numb. went to doctor, i could not feel him touching, but, when he used a pin, i can feel pin pricks lightly. so not 100% numb. seems when i wore my skinny jeans a few times, light corsettes and ab strengthening, this happened. pinched nerve or thiamine deficient? a drank occasionally over the holidays, but, quit to continue on my weight loss. any ideas? i'm waiting to get scheduled for a neurologist that is covered by my insurance...
