What Causes Abdominal Pain Above The Navel?

I have a sharp pain right above my naval and it hurts when I laugh and cough , it is almost like a sore feeling but I have not lifted anything heavy. Only hurts when I m up walking coughing laughing but does not hurt when I m laying down. What is this? Should I be worried? Is it pregnancy?
