What Causes Abdominal Pain After Eating Fast?

I have a pain in the pit of my stomach. Started 2 hours after I ate my lunch really fast. Was Bean burrito with salsa. Tender to the touch and feels like my stomach is full of gas that i cannot release. I am able to eat, have been going bland, but get really full. Almost feels like i cannot pass gas.
