What Causes Abdominal Pain After I-pill?

i had sex vith my girl friend right after one day of her periods.during sex i felt like i have come to the time of ejaculating.i took my pennis out of her vegina.cleaned my dick by towel.and again inserted it.
i hd sex vid her continusly for next 3 days in a day time.
in the 3 day she took the i-pill,after 2 days of having the pill. she has a continuos and extrme stomach ache.i m afraid about har....bcz it was an unsafe sex. and i cant see her in pain (her stomach pain)
