What Causes Abdominal Pain After Smoking Marijuana?

Hello. I smoked Marijuana for about 3 months ago. I have Crohn s and i had really bad abdominal pain. I turned to marijuana, i took about 2-3 hits off a joint, they said its strong. After that i got worse, and lost 8 kg. I have an upcoming hair focile test for a job, I also got Morphine in the hospital for my pains when i was there. Will the THC and the Morphine show up on the test?
