What Causes Abdominal Pain After Taking Plan B?

Hello! Me and my bf did it our very first time together the other so basically i lost my virginity. But i am on birth control for about 3 months now but i freaked out i didnt know what to do so i just bought plan b pills.. And now im having this weird uncomfortable pains... What is this mean?:( please help
