What Causes Abdominal Pain After Using Nuva Ring?

Hi, today is day two of using the nuva ring, lastnight i started having lower abdominal pain and pain inside my vagina. This is the first time i have used a contraceptive in over 3 years---i have an allergy to latex AND to polyurethane (so non-latex condoms are a bust too). I dont have health insurance---any suggestions? should i leave the nuva ring in, is this normal?
