What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Dizziness And Blurred Vision?

Hi Dr., I almost fainted this morning when I tried to use the toilet. I had a severe belly pain, from my waist I felt like something moving upwards to my head. I then started sweating a lot, starting to feel very dizzy and light headed. Also my vision was very blurred. I had to scream for my husband because I couldn t hold myself up. Thank you.
