What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge?

hi , i know i do have abdnormal cells,,have not been checked for 2 years or more now,,i am having cramping and sometimes sharp pains that shoot in the abnoman,,i was having some white discharge and smelly,,i took oral pill for yeast infection twice,also have weight gain every week,,can someone help
