What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Intermittent Swelling In Throat?

I had a fistula that was corrected the doc told me I needed a colonoscopy I never went back because his bill crippled me. im 24 now I am experiencing abdominal pain and something in my throat swells up on and off I have many symptoms and went to the doctor he checked my thyroid but I belive he is taking a lazy approach given the info he has.
