What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Nausea And Fatigue After Hysterectomy?

Hi my name is shantel , I had a hysterectomy about six months ago due to placenta acreta... however over the past three weeks I have been having severe abdominal pain on the left side also followed by constant nausea and extreme fatigue.... looking for any possible explanation!
