What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Stringy Red Vaginal Discharge?

I have had clear discharge leaking from my vagina for about a week now, today I noticed that it was slimy, stringy and light blood red, also having a lot of abdomen sourness and pain, my period was the 24-28 of December. I have had my tubes tied 8 years ago. what could this be? should I be worried about pregnancy or something else?
