What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Vomiting And Diarrhoea?

have severe stomach pain, vomited once and diarrhea today. We had barbequed chicken yesterday. am not sure if this is the flu or food poisoning or maybe h pylori (had once before, the Doctor here wont test me for it since I cant help but take antacid. He told me I have to be off antacids for approx. one month)
