What Causes Abdominal Pain And Bleeding After Taking Postinor?

Hi, my girl friend took Postinor 2 two weeks ago. After a few days she had abdominal pain and experiencing some bleeding. It's been like that for almost a week. I would like to know if it is normal and this morning she feel her abdomen pain again.. are these normal side effect of postinor 2? I wanted to bring her for a check up but she refuse.. can she take any menstrual pain killer to relieve her pain?
