What Causes Abdominal Pain And Bloating Along With Diarrhea?

I ve had stomach issues off and on for years. Testing has found nothing except for gall bladder which was removed several years ago. Symptoms, bloating, stomach pain in middle and upper abdomen, some diarrhea, and foods getting stuck in after swallowing. It takes my breath away and I pray it eventually goes Dow but often times I throw up.
