What Causes Abdominal Pain And Bloating Along With Nausea And Muscle Fatigue?

For the past month or two ive been suffering from abdominal pain, chest pain, bloating after eating, nausea, muscle fatigue, unintentional weight loss, constipation, sharp pains in the back of my ribs and a loss of appetite. Being a type 1 diabetic this is of course becoming quite a worry so any suggestions as to what it could be would be greatly appreciated.
