What Causes Abdominal Pain And Brown Vaginal Discharge After Having Colonoscopy?

hi i had a colonoscopy done on feb 10th that was 2 days ago i am having some type of coffee brown discharge is that normal that after 2 days after the colonoscopy i still have that discharge after the exam? also after that im having abdominal pain and ovary pain as well
