What Causes Abdominal Pain And Constipation During Pregnancy?

hiya I have just found out I m around 6 weeks pregnant. All day today I have had a niggling pain around the middle area of my stomach and it is slowly getting alot worst. Mt stomach is making whirring noises and I have tried to go to the toilet but I can t seem to be able too and also I have been sick once. I m worried about my baby.
