What Causes Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea After Undergoing Colonoscopy?

For three yrs. now I have been having problems with my digestive system. It seems to have started with getting h-palori (?spelling) I have had everything from constipation to explosive diarrhea. I also had my gall bladder out about 4 yrs. ago. I had a colonoscopy last yr. and seemed to find all fine. I cannot eat anything in a very small amount and get bloated with gas, always gurgling on left side. My transverse and descending colon are always uncomfortable to tenderly painful. I stopped eating wheat, sugar, soy, dairy (except for yogurt and kefir) and red meat. Nothing helps, and the dr. at the colonoscopy clinic kept referring to my liver. I have done several liver cleanses. I may start the day out with normal bowel movement but within a half hour after bkfst. I get a tummy ache and either very loose or diarrhea. I was left with a hernia from the gall bladder removal the size of a baseball and sometimes is uncomfortable and is harden.
