What Causes Abdominal Pain And Discharge While On Mirena Coil?

Hi iv had my second marina coil fitted about 3weeks ago and have been getting really bad stomach pains low down, i do suffer from stomach pain now and again as iv got Marfan syndrome but seems worse then normal since its been fitted and noticed abit of discharge the last few days, should i go to the doctors or can i wait a week untill i have my 4week check up with the nurse? thanku for your help.
