What Causes Abdominal Pain And Dizziness While On Microgynon Pill?

hihi, I have been wondering about my period, i am on the microgyn pill. i always take 3 months each time and take than 7 days free. last week was the first time that i got normal period on the 3rd card of the pill (13 days left). now it stopped and im always tired and i still have my period pain and im dissie, could there bee a reson for this ?
