What Causes Abdominal Pain And Dry Mouth With Nausea?

Last night I had a needle and pins type stomach. The pains intensified and kept me awake all night. I could not find a comfortable position to sleep. I wanted to vomit but couldn t, rubbing my stomach gave me the chills and I experienced severe cotton mouth. Today I have a pain on my lower right side that is tender to the touch. There is also pain in my lower right back.
