What Causes Abdominal Pain And Increased Sense Of Smell And Taste?

I have been having a much higher sense of smell and taste. I can depict the many different smells around me and sometimes the smell is so strong, I can literally taste it in my mouth. I have been having some small pains in my abdomen, mainly on the right side. And, I have been discharging this weird consistency as well. What could be going on?
